A small stream flows through the property providing fresh clear water. The property has state land on two sides and large private acreages on the other 2 sides. This is off grid, everything is wired for a generator. No well or septic. There is a nice outhouse. There is water storage for the outhouse and the sellers bring in their own water. Everything about this camp is in excellent and well maintained condition. The property has a history of quality whitetails and there is deer sign throughout the property. The seller reports grouse and woodcock on the property but has not paid attention to populations. The seller does not hunt bear but I know there has been good bear hunting in the surrounding state land.
